Chicken Curry Butter

Ingredients:

4 oz salted butter

2 tsp curry powder bloomed

To make this dish you will need to perform one additional step. Over medium heat using a small sauté pan measure into it the 2 tsp of curry powder. Quickly stir the powder until the aroma of curry fills the air. You do not want to toast it or burn it, you just want to heat it. This process brings out the flavor and blooms it. By doing this process you will have a flavorful butter.
